In a city with some sketchy charging stations 👀, this one is a golden egg of a station. Well lit area, There’s an attendant for those of us that are new to electric life walk/talk you through every step of charging, Space to get out of the car without all the sketch vibes.
People were friendly staff members were willing to give you the information you needed to get you where you needed to go and do what you needed to do. The EV Charging attendants were great and overall it was a good experience. I’d say they definitely lived up to their name.
Went here last night and the EV attendant was Ray. He walked me through the app and was very friendly. I loved that the area was well lit, gated, and even had a dog park. I will definitely be back here again! Thanks Ray for being so helpful and kind!
The attendants Nae and Ray are really helpful and nice. Definitely the best charging station I’ve been to.
Wonderful and seamless service. All car dealerships should have a service like this. I didn’t have to mess with payment or register for anything. Just parked and walked into the cafe and enjoyed a drink and did some work on my phone while car charged. There’s mini dog park as well. They have 4 stalls all underneath a shady tent. I freaking love this and wish there was more around Dallas.
